Leiper's Fork, Walking Horse Country & Lynchburg
A gentle three-day meander through the pastoral heart of Middle Tennessee, from the artists' village of Leiper's Fork through the graceful farmland of Bedford County's Tennessee Walking Horse country to the legendary whiskey hollow of Lynchburg. Day one follows the Natchez Trace southwest through Leiper's Fork antique shops and Arrington Vineyards. Day two ventures into the quietly charming world of Tennessee Walking Horse country — the artistic village of Bell Buckle, the championship town of Shelbyville, and the atmospheric Wartrace, home to Tennessee's oldest continuously operating hotel. Day three closes the loop at Lynchburg for the Jack Daniel's Distillery and a legendary family-style lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House before the return to Nashville.
